The following prohibitions are absolute and cannot be appealed:

• 🚫 Harassment, bullying, or threats toward other users
• 🚫 Content that violates copyright
• 🚫 Fake profiles or false representation

Any violation of the above policy will result in immediate and irreversible deletion of the profile, including all information, matches, and history associated with it.

There will be no possibility to recover the profile, appeal the decision, or re-register with the same email address.

In serious cases, we reserve the right to report to the relevant authorities.

Videos appearing on the site bearing the vDate watermark (logo appearing in the corner of the video) are demonstration videos created and managed by the system team only.

🚫 It is strictly forbidden to contact, write messages to, or attempt to communicate with the owners of these profiles outside the site framework.

These profiles are intended solely for demonstrating the platform's activity. Any attempt to make external contact will result in immediate blocking of the user.

Some of the profiles appearing on the site are artificial profiles created by artificial intelligence (AI), and are used solely for testing the site's operation, service quality, and system stabilization.

These profiles are marked internally and do not create real connections. They may be removed without prior notice.

We are committed to transparency — these profiles will never collect personal information from users or respond in an offensive manner.

What we collect:

• Name, email, age, city of residence
• Profile video and display image
• Answers to personality questions (displayed on profile)
• General usage data to improve the service

What we do not do:

• We do not sell information to third parties
• We do not send spam
• We do not store payment details on our servers

We take advanced security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, limited access, and continuous monitoring.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials and not sharing them with others.
